GEL BATTERY AUTOSCUBBERS
Our battery autoscrubbers have many of the same unique features as our cord electric version, with the added benefit of cordless power. Each machine comes with a 100% gelled electrolyte battery system which means they are spill-proof, sealed and require absolutely no maintenance except recharging. The battery charging system is on-board so that charging can be executed anywhere, anytime. This on-board charging unit also prevents overcharging and over discharging of the batteries, adding to their life. Charge time: 8 hours.

With four 12 V batteries and a 26 inch cleaning path the TTB665/200S battery autoscrubber has all the same great features as the TTB 345/100S and the TTB 455/100S in a larger, more productive unit. It’s equipped with 100% gel batteries which require no maintenance except recharging, a flip-up head design for easy brush and pad changes, an on-board charging and control system, a stainless steel chassis, superior ease of use and cordless mobility. In addition, the TTB665/200S utilizes two separate brush drive motors and features a capacity of 16 gallons, large drain hoses for easy emptying, Instalok pad drivers and a Structofoam brush deck.

DUPLEX HYDROWASHERS
The Duplex series is unique in its ability to clean virtually any floor surface. Particularly effective on grouted tile and rubberized floors, these machines also clean carpets, hardwood, profiled ceramics and more. Squeeze the trigger to feed cleaning solution onto two counter-rotating brushes that scrub the surface with aggressive action. Twin conveyors lift the dirt-filled solution from the brushes to a central recovery tank. The brushes and the drive unit are offset, so the brushes work right to the edge of the machine and into the most difficult corners. Brush options include two grades of black brushes for regular or aggressive scrubbing, yellow carpet brushes, and brown polishing brushes.

MULTI DECK FLOOR MACHINES
The Multideck range of floor machines are exceptionally versatile and efficient. At the heart of every machine is a power unit with a heavy duty motor using oversized bearings coupled to an oil-filled planetary gearbox. This transmits all the motor power to the brush or pad with a minimum of transmission losses or noise due to absence of metal/metal drive components. The motor, transit wheels, and handle assembly are mounted to a one-piece Structofoam master deck onto which the skirt of choice can be attached. The handle is fully adjustable via a control lever at the operator’s position, so height adjustments can be made without having to bend over. Other features include a lock-out device to prevent accidental starting and a main power indicator light. Available accessories include shampoo tanks, scrubbing brushes, silicon carbide long wearing brushes, scrub rings, and extra weights. Sound Level (all units): 55 dB(A).

BURNISHERS/FLOOR MACHINES
The NA 1520 & NA 2020 burnishers are rugged, reliable burnishers. Their multi-grooved drive belts transmit the power and speed from the 1.5 Hp motor to the pad for fast, effortless, burnishing on a wide range of floor types, with excellent gloss results. Pad Size: 20 ins.
The NA 17SS and NA 20SS standard speed floor machines and the NA 20DS dual speed floor machine are efficient and practical. They feature dual planetary, steel gears and adjustable handles. Shampoo tanks and other options are available for these units.

CYLINDRICAL BRUSH AUTOMATIC SCRUBBER
Our cylindrical brush automatic scrubber is both compact and easy to use. It can be used in very tight spaces and is ideal for cleaning grouted tile. A reliable pump feeds cleaning solution to the brush and a twin squeegee system allows pick-up in forward or reverse. The adjustable handle makes the machine comfortable for any operator. For storage or transport the handle can be folded-over so it takes up a minimal amount of space. The machine is fitted with a Tynex gritted brush. A softer nylon brush is also available.
